St John’s has begun a junior choir, which sings at our worship twice a month.

All children of seven years or older are welcome – contact the Parish Administrator Rachel Rae (sjunoffice@gmail.com) for more details.

They rehearse once a week, on a Friday evening.

Praying the Rosary

Join us in the Lady Chapel for half an hour of praying using the rosary. Don’t worry if you don’t have your own – there will be spares.

Choral Evensong
Oct 20 @ 6:00 pm – 6:45 pm

Choral Evensong from the Book of Common Prayer, with music from our choir. On the first Sunday of the month, Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament follows.

On the last Sunday of the month, and throughout August and part of September, the choir is on holiday. A simpler form of evensong is sung by the whole congregation.
