About the Support Group

Compassion Through Loss is a monthly, peer-led grief support group in SE19 for anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one.

When you join us, you can expect:

🤝 A safe and supportive environment
🧡 Compassionate, non-judgemental listening
🕯️ Time for quiet reflection and optional prayer
🌿 A calm, respectful space grounded in shared experience

There is no pressure to speak. You may share as much or as little as feels right. Simply being present is enough. Together, we seek light in the midst of loss and strength in community.

This is not a counselling session, but a gentle, welcoming space where people can gather in mutual understanding. Whether your loss is recent or many years ago, you are invited to come just as you are.
