Bios:

Clare McCaldin - mezzo-soprano

Paul Sheehan - bass - baritone

Stephen Dickinson - piano


CLARE MCCALDIN enjoys performing both in opera and in song recitals. She is a regular member of the Royal Opera Chorus and the choir at St Paul’s, Knightsbridge. She is much in demand as a soloist in oratorio and concert and has a particular interest in contemporary music.

PAUL SHEEHAN trained at Guildhall School of Music and Drama and now studies with Robert Dean. He is a member of the chorus at English National Opera where he has also sung a variety of supporting parts as well as singing at such as Glyndebourne, Garsington Opera, Grange Park Opera and Opera de Lyon. He is also a member of the choir at St Paul’s Knightsbridge.

STEPHEN DICKINSON trained at the Royal College of Music and has had a career of much variety including solo playing, chamber music, accompanist in song recitals and much musical theatre. He is also a composer of a wide range of music including song cycles for Clare (settings of Shakespeare) and Paul (settings of Housman).
